In 2007 Lynne was appointed as a Member of Khulisa Social Socials during which time her role and responsibilities included:
In 2013 Lynne volunteered to coach one of Khulisa’s NPO beneficiaries, Moses Letsoalo from Aga Sechaba. At the time the organisation had no corporate governance, board or any structures in place. Over a one year period, Lynne spent in excess of 300 hours in Khulisa’s offices providing coaching and mentoring services to Moses. As a result of the progress made Aga Sechaba is now being funded by the Department of Social Development plus other international donors.
Lynne’s experience in multi-faceted areas of management, along with her commitment to service excellence has prepared her for her recent move into Business and Executive coaching.

- Employment of young ex-offenders as interns in her company
- Assistance with strategic development of Khulisa including pro bono Business Coaching services for me and my management team
- Provision of pro bono recruitment services and donations of essential office equipment, computers and furniture
- Training of hard to reach community members on job readiness, workplace etiquette and alignment of skills in accordance with job opportunities
