We recently engaged Lynne Frost of Idea Alive SA (Pty) Limited to provide coaching services to employees and management within our company as well as to certain of our clients. This arrangement commenced from 1 August 2017.
The coaching services she has provided to us have included Executive & Business Coaching as well as Life & Wellness Coaching.
In August 2017 Lynne completed 14 coaching hours with individuals in our organisation, and we have booked a further coaching sessions with her for September, October and November 2017. We are also in discussion with her regarding the provision of Group Coaching sessions.
The feedback we have received from our employees and managers has been extremely positive and we believe that, even at this early stage, Idea Alive SA has added significant value.
